I made a trip to BiLo today. PopTarts were 3/$5 = $1.66 each. A .50c coupon doubled and I got this item for .66cents each. PicSweet vegetables are on sale for $1 and the $1 off coupon that I have makes it FREE. Zatarains frozen entrees went on sale 2/$3.65 or $1.83 each. My coupon took $1 off and made them .83cents each. Today I spent less than $15 on $100 worth of food.

Couponing Jan 31st

***My total rung up $96 and I only paid $22 at Harris Teeter. I combined their sales, my evic deals, and my coupons for some awesome savings. The Vidal Sassoon hair color was free, the salad dressings were .30cents. What I didn't capture is 15 free lipsticks from Walmart

How I started couponing

1) Buy a 3 ring binder and plastic sheets designed to hold trading cards. 2) Buy coupon inserts. I never buy Sundays paper. I go to a website that sell the insert only and I purchase 15 each week. Ex: okcouponguy.com 3) Follow other couponers on FB, Instagram, or a website for guidance and tips. Join a site that will provide guidance and tips. Ex: couponmom & moola savings mom. (my sister is my coupon buddy) 4) Plan your trip. Find out who had the sales and match that sale with your coupons to maximize savings. (Learn each stores coupon policy). *There's more to this.
